This conference is tailored to our very own North Dakota In-Home Care Specialists and Qualified Service Providers.  Not only will you learn about different aspects of your clients needs and wants, you will also learn how to balance work with your personal life. We ensure plenty of education as well as laughter.  The tasks you do to help people stay in their homes is extremely commendable, so we encourage you to come and celebrate what you do for others. It is our gift to you!

REGISTRATION

The registration fee will be $65 per person. The registration form is attached. This includes the $15 membership dues for the ND Conference of Social Welfare. The registration must be postmarked by April 15, 2010. The registration cost will be $85 if postmarked after April 15, 2010. The registration is payable to the ND Conference of Social Welfare. Please specify on the check or voucher that the payment is for the 2010 IHCS Conference.

CEUs

The agenda has been submitted to the ND Board of Social Work Examiners for continuing education unit determination. The planning committee has secured a variety of speakers who provide education, enlightenment and enjoyment.

BANQUET/BRUNCH

The social/banquet will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2010 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. The cost of the banquet is included in the registration fee. Additional banquet tickets are available and will cost $20.00. Rod Hill, from Sheridan County, will be available to take pictures of groups and/or individuals. The cost for a 5x7 picture is $8.00. There will be a sign up sheet at the registration table.

The brunch will be held on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. The cost of the brunch is also included in the registration fee. Additional brunch tickets are available and will cost $12.00.
